Improved Henchmen Control
I hope this hasn't been posted before. Read the stickies, tried searching, but I couldn't figure out how to limit search to a subforum. Anyways, my suggestions:
1. Keyboard control of hero skills. Set a key to toggle a semi-transparent overlay (this could be up to user-preference) of your hero's skill bar on top of your own. While toggled, you can use 1-8 (or whatever you set your skills to) to activate the hero's skills instead of yours. Press the button again to control your own skills.
Alternatives:
- Instead of toggling, hold down the button. For example, assign L-Shift. L-Shift+3 would activate Hero 1's 3rd skill, while 3 alone would activate your 3rd skill.
- A button that cycles the skill bar between character and heroes. For example, Character -> Hero 1 -> Hero 2 -> Hero 3 -> Character.
- Something on the screen that's clickable (or click-and-hold) that would provide a similar function.
2. Allow control of individual henchmen movement. Currently, there's four flags under the minimap. More flags could be added next to them, each representing a henchman; or, hovering the cursor over the first flag (Order Henchmen and heroes) would make a new ring of flags appear below (kinda like opening menus in Windows).
3. Pet control, flag style. (This one is likely to be suggested before, but I'll throw it in anyways...)
